  1. Which payment methods are available?

    The following payment methods are available:

    • Direct Bank Deposit
    • Cash (only if self pickup from our store)

  2. Is cash on delivery available?

    We do not offer cash on delivery. However, you can pay in cash if you decide to pick your order from our store.

  3. Can i buy in installments?

    No. We do not have any installment plans.

  4. Can I pay half on order confirmation and half on delivery?

    No. Full payment is required for order confirmation. Your order will not be confirmed without full payment.

  5. Do prices of On-Order products change?

    We do everything to ensure that the prices on our website are correct and try to keep prices constant. Sometimes we need to change the prices, either up or down without any prior notice due to change in Forex rates/government policies. PC Lab reserves the right to change the prices on the website at any time without prior notice. In that case, if you have ordered the product but not yet confirmed or you have even paid for a product the prices would not be valid. It's better to confirm the price's of On Order Product's through phone call first and then deposit the amount after confirmation.

  1. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

    Yes, we deliver all over Pakistan through courier services on buyer's expense and risk.

  2. How much time will it take for delivery?

    Product(s) will be delivered within 3 to 5 working/business days.

  3. What if I receive the order with damaged or missing product(s)?

    If we send you the order through courier company, courier charges and risk will be on you. PC Lab will not be responsible for delay/damage/lost of shipment.

  4. What if I receive the wrong product?

    In this situation, you will have to contact our customer support and send us the product in unopened and unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you. A replacement to the product you originally ordered or a full refund will be offered.

  5. Which delivery service do you use?

    We deliver through Leopard or TCS courier service, unless agreed otherwise.

  6. Do you pack the product(s) prior to delivery to ensure safety of the parcel(s)?

    At PC Lab we are just as much concerned about the safety or your product(s) as you are. We always pack the product(s) as safe as we can with 2-3 layers of bubble wrap wherever required to ensure the most safety.

    We want to hear your opinions. We want consumers to get the information they need to make smart buying choices. As a valued client of PC Lab, you can submit reviews about our service on our Facebook Page and you can submit reviews for products listed on on the product page itself. We encourage you to share your ideas, both favorable and unfavorable.

    You can see the reviews of our store on our Facebook Page, and the reviews of products on the product page itself.

  3. What's not allowed?

    PC Lab is pleased to provide this forum for you to share your opinions on products. While we appreciate your time and comments, we limit customer participation to one review per product and reserve the right to remove reviews that include any of the following:

    • Obscene or distasteful content.
    • Profanity or spiteful remarks.
    • Advertisements, promotional material or repeated posts that make the same point excessively.
    • Sentiments by or on behalf of a person or company with a financial interest in the product or a directly competing product (including reviews by publishers, manufacturers, or third-party merchants selling the product).
    • Reviews those are written for any form of compensation other than a free copy of the product. This includes reviews that are a part of a paid publicity package.
